Be patient with yourself…
Allow yourself time to grieve your loss…
You begin to start feeling like your’re doing OK and then a new wave of emotions hits you out of nowhere
Don’t beat yourself up because of how you are feeling or because you think that you should be over your grief by now.
Just grieve…
Your grief and the relationship that you lost is unique to you…
Miss them… Love them…Honor them… Remember them…
Many will celebrate today but let’s take time to reach out to those who are hurting…
