With this supportive coaching program, we’ll work collaboratively. I will provide support and encouragement through your journey, while you explore your thoughts and feelings, and hold you accountable for playing an active role in your healing process.

HOPE
Has time passed since you lost someone close, but you can’t seem to put your life back together? If you’re experiencing residual and unresolved grief, this program is for you.
Working through the death of a parent, sibling, spouse, friend or child is a complicated process. If you haven’t taken the time to process your feelings and deal with your grief, you may feel stagnant, lost or stuck. This can prevent you from moving forward and appreciating the relationships that you still have.
With this supportive coaching program, we’ll work through those unresolved feelings. I’ll provide a safe outlet for you to process your grief and make space for you to move forward toward an optimistic future.

GROUP COACHING
With group coaching, you can benefit from the support of a grief coach, as well as other people in your group. Many times, people who are grieving feel like they are alone or that their problems are unique. It can be very encouraging to know that others are dealing with the same struggles, and learn from their growth.
With this supportive coaching program, you’ll benefit from group phone calls with your fellow coaching members and gain a fresh new perspective on your growth process.
